What's collected

• Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, organization (optional), event type, event date (optional), location (optional), audience size (optional), budget range (optional), referral source (optional), and message. Only the fields you fill in, only when you submit the form.
• Server logs. The hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) for a limited period for security and debugging.

What's not collected

• No cookies. The site sets no cookies of its own.
• No analytics scripts. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no third-party tracking. Aggregate Vercel Web Analytics may report page-view counts; it does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
• No third-party embeds. Fonts and images are served from this domain. External links (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) are marked and load only when you click them.

Why we collect it

Contact form submissions are used to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up on a booking. They are not used for marketing, profiling, or shared with third parties.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to Grayson and may be temporarily retained in the hosting provider's function logs while the request is processed. The site is hosted on Vercel (Montréal, region yul1). Vercel's own privacy notice applies to data they process on our behalf: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

How long it's kept

Inquiry messages are kept indefinitely so we can answer follow-up questions about a past booking. You can ask for any record to be deleted at any time. See below.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send a message through the contact form with "Privacy request" in the message and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the contact form, get in touch so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change with it. Material changes will also be noted in the site's changelog.
